Shipping Policies
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of items in your cart. We ship all packages USPS Priority or First Class mail from our shop in Greenville, Maine. Our USPS drop off cut off time can be as early as 11:30AM Eastern Time some days, so orders placed after that time may be shipped the next day. Orders are typically processed for shipment within 24 hours of receipt, but please allow up to 48 hours for shipment after your order has been received. Typical transit times are 2-5 days for domestic orders, depending on your location.
Our Live Sale shipping for domestic customers is a flat rate of $5, regardless of the quantity or weight of items claimed. You can take full advantage of this flat rate shipping by adding any items from our website to your Live Sale order before you check out.
We ship quickly! If you have an issue with your Live Sale invoice, please try to resolve it before paying. If you pay for your order and have an issue, please try to resolve it as soon as possible! Sometimes your order can be processed within an hour of payment, but typically packages are processed within 24 hours of payment.
International Customers
International shipping will be calculated at checkout. To get a general idea of freight costs please see the table below:

We do not, and will not, falsify customs documents. We fill out customs forms to match the exact dollar amount of goods shipped. If your country requires you to pay import duties or fees, you are responsible for those duties and import fees. Please keep this in mind when claiming items in our Live Sale or purchasing from our website.
***IMPORTANT***
Please double check your address before submitting payment to make sure it is correct and includes unit/apartment number or any other applicable information. Include your phone number as well. If there is an issue with delivery, your local post office will try to contact you. Without a valid phone number, they will return the package to us. Once international packages leave the United States, there is nothing we can do to redirect or change the delivery on the package! We will re-ship items returned to us, however, we are not responsible for freight charges.
Damages/Returns/Refunds
We make every effort to accurately represent all of our crystals and minerals for sale. We want every customer to be excited when their order arrives. If your order arrives damaged, take pictures of the parcel before and after you open it. We will need these pictures to file insurance claims with the carrier. After receiving pictures of the damaged items, we will issue a refund.
If you receive items you did not order, please contact us immediately so we can get the correct items to you.
If your order arrives safely but you are not happy with the minerals you ordered, please contact us. We make every effort to give the best photographs of our minerals and crystals, and represent them accurately to our customers. We will issue store credit on items returned to us that are in the same condition they were shipped from us. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the items to us.
